We would like to tell you about an exciting opportunity.
Submissions are now being accepted for the inaugural Navajo Film Festival. The purpose of the Navajo Film Festival is to promote the use of the Navajo language through film. We will be holding a public screening of the best entries at Navajo Preparatory School in Farmington, NM on 23 June 2018.
There will be cash prizes for the best films in both an adult and youth category. To be considered, entries must be no longer than 4 minutes and must be filmed entirely in the Navajo language. All genres are welcome and anyone may participate!
The deadline for submissions is 2 June 2018. Entries may be submitted through the link on our website: http://navajofilmfestival.org/
